About Our Triathlon Training
Proper triathlon training is what sets you apart from the competition. Often times it’s the most prepared triathlete who wins the race. We provide fitness advice and workouts for those ambitious enough to attempt a triathlon. Find a triathlon training program to get yourself fit enough to complete the race with the appropriate incremental scale. If you start your training too fast you will get hurt. If you start too slow, you won’t be fit enough for the race. Find the right pace at Amateur Endurance.
