The Nathan Thermal Quickdraw is a great product for those medium-distance runs. I have been using the Thermal Quackdraw for about 3 years now and there are a couple things that I really like about it. First, it is insulated which will keep your liquid hot or cold. Second, the strap on the bottle is extremely comfortable and adjusts for a snug fit on your hand making it so that you do not have to “hold” the bottle. In addition the strap is moisture wicking which can help prevent chaffing. The bottle has a wide mouth making it easy to fill and empty. Finally, I love the zipper pocket. It is big enough to hold a Gel, keys, and an ID or cash.
We are proud to give this product our Editor’s Choice award for January 2010. Read more about our award here.
Price: “Okay” The Bottle retails for $25 USD. I think it is worth it.
Quality: “Fantastic” I am still using the one I bought 3 years ago. The bottle washes in the dishwasher and the insulated carrier washes in the washing machine.
Weight: “Nice” The bottle hold 22 ounces of water which, even when full, is not uncomfortably heavy.
Storage: “Perfect” The pocket is the perfect size the medium-distance runs. I have squeezed 2 gels and keys in the pocket.
