Saucony ProGrid Paramount 2

The Saucony ProGrid Paramount 2 is the Rolls Royce of running shoes. It is nice, and it is expensive, it might be worth it to you. Looking at the long lest of technologies that went into this shoe below, you can see a lot went into the making of this shoe. As noted in the short video below, the two main things I liked about this shoe is the upper, light and airy, that does not have any overlays on the outside of the toe box. This helps accommodate a SLIGHTLY wide foot a little better. The other think I really like is the insole that Saucony has started putting in more of their shoes. The addition of the Arch Lock only helps make this shoe even more comfortable.

From a running standpoint, the shoe is very comfortable to run in on the roads. It weights about 12.7 ounces for men making it not a very light shoe but it far surpasses the competition in comfort. I recommend this shoe for people who need a little medial arch stability (a specialty-running store can tell you if you need any) and for people who have a slightly wide (e) foot.
