The Saucony Progrid Hurricane 11 is a great shoe. The shoe is designed for someone like me, a little on the heavier side. It is considered a heavy stability shoe. Not heavy in weight, but heavy, meaning, there is a lot of stability in the shoe. This makes it a good choice people who over pronate a bit.

There are a lot of things I liked about this shoe. First, the Arch Lock. This is feature that is designed to give a snugger fit in the arch. It wraps my arch nicely and is very comfortable. The second thing I like is the insole. The insole in the Hurricane is the best available on the market right now. Saucony did an incredible job of using this to soften up their shoes which, in my opinion, makes their shoes more competitive wth the “squishy-ness” of the Asics shoes. Finally, I like the toe box as it accommodates bunions nicely.
