This treat comes from a buddy of ours on twitter, @elletoom. In a recent conversation with @elletoom about how delicious Chocolate Outrage Gu is, she suggested this incredible treat.
This chocolate, peanut butter bagel is great snack, pre- or post-workout. See the nutritional information below for the breakdown of carbohydrates, fat, and protein. OK, on to the good stuff!
Start by getting a half bagel. I like using a plain bagel, but feel free to spice it up with something fun.

Next, add the peanut butter of your choice. I prefer Ralph’s Crunchy Peanut Butter.

Finally, get out the Chocolate Outrage Gu. Apply liberally using 1-2 Gu’s per half bagel. (I used one)
